Description
Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Lead engineer- component EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility).
We are looking for a person who wants to work as a Lead engineer- component EMC, reinforcing a number of competence areas within automotive EMC.
Your main focus will initially be the areas of component EMC competence but also as manpower in the EMC area. You will use your technical skills in order to meet expectations from both internal and external customers.
The role also involves:
• Responsibility for target setting and validation of the actual competence areas.
• Actively taking part in, design review, development and evaluation of your specific.
• EMC areas focus on the component level.
• Assist the development department in EMC related issues on a vehicle level.
• Be the main contact person for component related issues to our suppliers.
We are looking for someone who has;
• relevant experience and technical skills in the work area, at least 5 years,
• Master of Science or equivalent,
• hands on and theoretical knowledge and experience in the EMC area,
• relevant experience and skills for performing and evaluate EMC tests plans,
• driver license B
You master English, both spoken and written
To be successful in the role, you need to be;
• able to work independently within demanding schedules,
• customer focused,
• accurate and structured,
• a talent for functional and technical thinking,
• solution oriented.
