We are looking for a Lead Engineer to strengthen our R&D team.
Job Description: Lead Engineer / Konstruktionsledare
Your contribution to our success:
You will have the overall responsibility to identify and implement the technical requirements of our customers. In that position you will:
• Lead the system integration process and in this role be the interface between customers, and the R&D team.
• Develop ideas which take our objective for product excellence to the next level
• Lead the hardware development with internal and external parties
• Be the technical interface for internal teams as sales, marketing and service.
• Develop solutions compliant with the medical device standards
• Transform the customer requirements into clinical solutions, which give the customer the C-RAD product experience
Your profile:
• Engineering degree with background in hardware, i.e. electrical or mechanical
• Interest to connect cutting edge technology with clinical applications
• Experience in system integration, software and hardware
• Experience in standards for medical devices
• Experience in optical measurement techniques (optional)
• Presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish (optional)
• Team Player
