Job Summary
We are now looking for a Laboratory Expert to join our Central Microbiology team. The position is based in Lund as part of a team located both in Sweden and Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for running and maintaining the Microbiological laboratory.
What you will do
Laboratory maintenance (ordering consumables, equipment maintenance follow-up, media preparation and similar),
Chemical, OHS & Safety responsibility,
Communicate with internal end external stakeholders about orders and test results,
Support with analysis Technology Know How and Product Development activities,
Rig management and test execution,
Test method management,
Culture stock maintenance,
Participate in, and lead minor, development and improvement of laboratory capabilities.
We believe you have
As a person, you are expected to be accurate and quality minded.
You should be open to try new methods and tasks and like to be part of a multidisciplinary environment.
You hold a Laboratory Analyst degree within Microbiology, Biotechnology or similar and have minimum 2 years of experience running a laboratory.
You have excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and verbal. A good level of English is also expected from you.
