WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will use theoretical and practical laboratory experience to improve processes, instructions, and analyses. The role will be analytical, operational and varied, but your typical day to day will involve:
• Hands-on laboratory work
• Driving improvements
• Reacting to deviations generated by laboratory. Finding root cause and implement mitigations.
• Interpret laboratory results from micro- and chemical analysis.
• Actively working with improvements independently or in projects.
• Writing instructions, processes and performing trainings.
• Performing deviation handling and Change Control.
• Using LEAN tools to streamline current processes.
• Working with electronic programs for laboratory data.
• Analysis work by testing product, packaging, and environment.
• Approval / rejection of samples from current production.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a person with approximately 2 years of work experience from a similar role at a laboratory. Besides being improvement driven, able to work independently in a structured way and have strong analytical skills, we believe that you are a person with great communication skills who enjoys building strong relationships.
We also hope to see that you check the following boxes:
• M.Sc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
• Experience from working with continuous improvements
• Experience from working in LIMS
• Basic knowledge of LEAN
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
