hela Sverige For our customer (a large bank) we are looking for a Sourcing consultant. The Sourcing consultant works mainly as an analytic resource and partly as a project manager and participates in programmes, projects and activities that encompass IT Sourcing and is responsible for generating savings and other values for the costumer.
Your primary area of responsibility will be as an analytical resource as well as partly plan and manage sourcing projects, which are imperative to maintaining the costumers competitive edge to our peers. You will manage projects from initiation to implementation in close cooperation with our internal partners in the line organisation. Your responsibility includes tasks such as analysing and managing information regarding the costumers suppliers, contract and spend.
You will execute Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for proposals (RFP), conduct supplier workshops and prepare supplier negotiation strategies in co-operation with the sourcing unit/initiator; resulting in executing negotiations and awarding contracts. You will be working in a dynamic team with experienced professionals and ensure that your skills are continuously developed.
You are likely to have 2-3 years of sourcing experience, have experience of working in projects, are a good communicator and you possess strong analytical skills.
You are confident in the Microsoft office suite and consider Excel to be your friend. You are likely to hold a bachelor degree and are fluent in oral and written English. As a person you are a team player who demonstrates drive and commitment and wants to work in cross-functional and intercultural teams with ambitious goals.
