Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Working at Hard Rock Cafe is not like working in any other restaurants. We give our guests more than food, we give are guests memorabilia and kick-ass moments. AS a chef in Hard Rock you are a big part of our success. Even though you may not come into direct contact with guests, your responsibilities are key to the Cafe's success.
At Hard Rock, you will be considered an all-around culinary employee and will learn everything that needs to be known. We have chefs from all over the world and you don't need to speak swedish to become a star at Hard Rock, but you have to have the right attitude and love our concept. Basic functions in the Heart-of-the-House include:
Receiving and ordering product
Making prep recipes and menu products to spec
Properly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items for the line
Performing opening, closing & side duties - setting up, stocking, and breaking down all kitchen equipment and prep, line, expo stations
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room and back dock
Cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine
Practicing safety and sanitation standards
Having a sense of urgency
Stocking products
Recycling products
Properly reading items printed on order tickets or automated Kitchen Display System
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
At least 18 years, experience of working in kitchen is highly recommended.
