We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Key Customer Developer to join our Client Advisory Team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in developing and managing existing medium to large sized APSIS accounts in Sweden as well expanding the APSIS market share and customer satisfaction in his/her account portfolio. She/he will also significantly contribute to achieving the business and revenue targets for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Independently identify upsell possibilities to existing named customers and proactively search new opportunities within named customer's organization (new units, new subsidiaries etc).

Manage the designated customers and act as their main point of contact ensuring high customer satisfaction.

In conjunction and strong collaboration with APSIS training, consulting and strategic services, offer these services.

Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from demo to offer and through to successful closure.

Engage and develop a strong network with decision makers/key influencers within the customer community.

Act as a project manager in the up sell and implementation projects.

Create e-mail success for the customers through strong understanding of their business and ability to strongly engage the APSIS value proposition within those customer communities.

Build up a sustainable pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.

Participate and act as spokesperson in trade show events, workshops and seminars as appropriate.

Develop long term and trustworthy and collaborative relationships across all levels within the customer / APSIS International.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Demonstrable experience on managing (complex and sometimes technical) customer environments with high integrity.

Ability to identify business potential through networking and relationship building.

Strong negotiation skills.

Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills in Swedish and in English.

Strong business orientation and commercial acumen.

Results focused and ability to execute successful plans.

A proactive, focused and organized person with a solution-oriented attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment.

Communicate complicated ideas or business issues in layman terms.

Proven experience of successful cooperation and/or account management to mid-size and large companies within IT and/or Web industries.

Experience in e.g. solution sales / software project implementation management / consultation / customer training / e-commerce / digital marketing solutions are seen as an advantage.
