hela Sverige Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives is searching for a Key Account Manager to join our fabulous team in Sweden. In this position you work with our large customers within HVAC/R.

You will be located in our modern office in the city center, Stockholm or from a home-office anywhere in Sweden - since this role has national responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
As our new Key Account Manager HVAC you are responsible for our large customers within the vertical of HVAC in Sweden.
More specifically you will:
Visit and maintain customer relationships with our large customers.
Improve our share of wallet for existing Key accounts and develop new Key accounts
Take ownership of the HVAC market in Sweden
Create product, project, and service sales.
Provide commercial and technical support
Find solutions in cooperation with rest of the team.
Answer technical questions from customers and handle customer projects together with the team.
Cooperate with our factories mainly in Denmark and Finland.
Background & Skills
To be successful in this position, we are expecting that you are a working today within HVAC market with a good market knowledge. You familiar with the key players in the industry. You have a technical sale background within HVAC.
Our everyday working language is Swedish but since we work in a global company, it is a necessity that you master English both written and spoken.
Furthermore, you should have:
Experienced user of MS Office programs and CRM-tools
Customer and service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills both written and verbal (ability to understand technical terminology and to communicate)
Highly organized mindset, high degree of self-motivation and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and time demands effectively
Proactive approach, strong commercial awareness, and negotiation skills
Be a networking team-player
You will be part of a close-knitted team, and we stay in frequent contact sharing information and helping each other out. You will be given possibilities to develop yourself within the Danfoss cooperation.
