hela Sverige We are looking for a Junior Technical Administrator for a company in Västerås. Start is in June, 6 months contract to begin with. The Junior Technical Administrator will support engineering and documentation departments with tasks ranging from reviewing and compiling test reports to handling various types of technical documentation.
We are happy to consider candidates who are at the beginning of their professional careers, for example, those who have just completed their upper secondary education.
Role & Responsibility:
Provides general administrative and clerical services on department/program/local Business Unit level.
Prepares documentation and assists in researching, compiling, proof- reading and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
Requirements:
The person we are looking for needs to be communicative and comfortable navigating unfamiliar environments, both in the workshop and the office.
It's also important to be able to work independently, collaborate effectively, and be thorough in your work.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is in June, 6 months contract to begin with.
The assignment is scheduled to start on June 16 and continue until December 31, with a break during weeks 28-31, therefore please be aware some of this weeks will count as unpaid vacation.
