Company Our customer is a successful international company specialized in maintenance, repair and manufacturing products. They have been in Sweden for over 40 years and they manufacture and market the products to customers in more than 55 countries worldwide.

KPIs: Provide accurate and timely payroll
Adhere to strict month end deadlines
Deal effectively and efficiently with queries
Payroll Support Assist in the production of monthly payroll and commission processes in line with current legislation and adherence to strict payroll and commission timetable
Collating information relating to commission and payroll from various sources including HR
Collating relevant payroll information such as sickness, personal data changes, bank details, annual leave, starters, leavers and change forms from local HR function
Manual calculation of pro-rated salaries for starters and leavers
Manual calculation of revenue based bonuses, holiday and sickness pay
Inputting and checking a wide variety of payroll information onto the payroll system including variable overtime, variable commissions, SMP, SSP, car allowances, deductions, court orders, loans, salary sacrifice, tax codes and pensions
Manual calculation and processing of annual pay increases, relevant back pay and AIP bonuses
Provide copy payslips, P45's, P11ds, P60's and reports as required (Nordic Equivalent)
Communication with external payroll providers and external agencies
Ensure compliance and confidentiality is adhered to in all areas
Carry out various ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Reward and Recognition
Respond to payroll related queries in the absence of the Head of Reward and Recognition
Compensation Responsibilities Perform month-end compensation processes for calculation of variable pay components for both employed sales reps and outside agents (Compensation Analyst for Nordic Region)
Prepare information and create templates for manual commission adjustments and upload to compensation system
Running a wide variety of reports, reviewing and analysing data making appropriate corrections as necessary
Liaise with managers/customer services to ensure correct pay information is approved before processing
Adhere to strict monthly checklist/deadlines for commission processes (1 st week of each month)
Prepare commission pay batches for employees and agents whilst ensuring payments are made in accordance with contractual arrangements
Produce new and update existing written procedures and checklists
Deal effectively with commission related queries from employees and agents
Assist with month-end compensation manager tasks for European countries
Monthly review and update of month end summary templates
Compensation reconciliations
Provide compensation cover and support where required for all European countries in the event of absence or holidays by other compensation users at month end
Raising trackit tickets for system issues
Attend compensation and payroll related webex's and training meetings with compensations users
Compile commission related reports as requested by HR/senior managers
Personal Attributes Ability to be flexible and balance multiple priorities

Competencies: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, offers solutions, customer focused
Excellent communicator with ability to confidently explain complex technical information for both payroll and commission related queries
Ability to work with systems to a high standard such as Excel, Oracle ERP, Sage Payroll, NCH Live, Oracle Discoverer
Experience: Previous payroll experience is desirable
Experience of working in a Shared Service environment is advantageous
Multi languages beneficial
Knowledge and Qualifications: Business Admin & Management desirable
CIPP / CIPD Membership - Payroll and Pension - work towards
Fluent in english and swedish/or other nordic languages
