About the role
In this position you will serve as the vital link between technical teams, global authorities, and international customers within a broad range of industries.
Working closely with the Product Line Director, you will define and execute the regulatory pathways that allow these innovative solutions to reach the global market. This role involves bridging innovative biotechnology with strict global regulatory frameworks. You will work with product development teams in a dynamic environment, ensuring compliance across various market segments including cosmetics, food, and chemicals.

Work tasks
This role is central to managing all daily compliance and regulatory activities, ensuring thet innovative products meet global standards. You will be responsible for documentation, declarations, and strategic regulatory planning across various international markets and product categories.
Common work tasks in the role will be:
Manage daily compliance and regulatory operations for diverse product segments
Ensure correct documentation and declarations for EU and international markets
Create and maintain safety data sheets
Develop and implement regulatory strategies
Collaborate closely with product development teams
Engage with authorities, external partners, and customers
Monitor and anticipate changes in global regulatory frameworks
We are looking for
To succeed in the role, we are looking for you who have:
Academic degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar field
Knowledge in Documentation Management and Regulatory Compliance
Good communication skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze details
Possess professional fluency in English, with the ability to handle complex discussions and written documentation with ease
A strong drive and motivation to develop in the role
It is meritorious if you have
Knowledge in Process Analysis
Experience with regulatory processes, ideally within a larger corporate environment
