Your future challenge
The Junior Project Manager within the delivery arm of the IT Services organisation is responsible for the planning, coordination and controlling of multiple projects from the plan phase to the conclusion phase, meeting the projects' requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards.
This position requires some travelling both in Sweden and abroad.

Your role
The Junior Project Manager will support Program & Senior Project Managers, track performance metrics, update status reports and also lead small to medium sized projects. Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for managing small to medium IT projects.
• Performs project manager functions to include scope, schedule, and budget that across departments and divisions.
• Oversees a variety of project activities which will include the documentation of project scope, tasks and dependencies identified, the creation and update of project schedules, the creation and follow-up on communication plans, the establishment of risk identification and mitigation plans, the creation and tracking of budgetary documentation and post project historical documentation.
• Develops and tracks departmental metrics. Reports and presents performance metrics and project status.
Responsible for ensuring projects are performed according to Husqvarna's project model.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with a passion for project management and looking to continue to grow within the project management discipline.
• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar field
• Experience of project management (preferably in a global organization)
• Familiar with project management methodologies (Project management certification(s) such as PMP, PMI, Prince2, etc. are beneficial)
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Corporate language is English.
