About the Assignment
You will take ownership of a digital product that supports dealer and workshop operations in a complex, cross-functional environment. The focus is on delivering a user-centric, business-aligned, and data-driven solution that creates measurable value. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams, regional organizations, business units, IT, R&D, service functions, and D365 program teams.
Job DescriptionOwn and prioritize the product backlog and maintain a transparent roadmap.
Lead iterative, agile product development.
Ensure the solution supports efficient dealer and workshop processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial teams, regional organizations, business units, IT, R&D, service functions, and D365 program teams.
Integrate AI, analytics, and data-driven insights into product decisions and development.
Define and follow up on OKRs and KPIs to track product performance.
Ensure compliance with strategic, security, and governance frameworks.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent.
Experience in agile delivery and iterative development.
Experience with digitalization of workshop or service processes.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital ecosystems.
Ability to define and monitor OKRs and KPIs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Nice to haveExperience with UX, data, AI, or cloud.
