As PR and MarketingSpecialist on the Ingrid team, you will work to generate measurable awareness for Ingrid amongst key audiences, through a blend of public relations, marketing and content creation. We're looking for a creative professional, wanting to take command of external communications and PR, to help generate content that establishes Ingrid as a leader in the last mile deliveryindustry while communicating our company's successes.
You will collaborate with team leaders from across the Ingrid organization to support product launches and releases, announce exciting new partnerships and sales, and create industry-specific thought leadership campaigns.
At Ingrid, we look for self-starting team players who are capable of self-managing and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Educate the industry on who we are and what we're up to
• Drive and develop public relations for all things Ingrid including: reputation management, corporate narrative development, thought leadership, product announcements and event support
• Lead ongoing executive communications opportunities including media briefings, speaking engagements, and customer and partner activities.
• Content creation for digital and print marketing and the ingrid.com website
• Manage and create content for Ingrid's social media platforms
• Search engine optimization for ingrid.com
• Develop, foster, and preserve strategic relationships with journalists, press and various media outlets (blogs, e-commerce press, online influencers, websites, print and events) and compile/maintain global media and influencer lists
• Write, develop and edit content for newsletters and internal communications
• Managing paid advertising
• Stay informed of industry trends
• Produce regular PR analysis reports to identify key insights and actions needed for improving strategy
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalentin Marketing,Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or equivalent practical experience.
• A mastery of the English language is key (written and spoken)
It's a plus if you...
• Have experience in public relations at an agency or a corporate in-house.
• Have a proven track record of generating quality PR, marketing and or content creation
• Have experience as a blogger or journalist experience with technology companies

• Strong, clear writing style and excellent editing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work under time constraints and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, collaborative environment while being able to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to deliver quality work while managing multiple projects
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify trending topics and issues with a defined point of view
