Do you also like to help those people and appreciate being able to solve their problems? Perfect, then foodora needs you! As a growing organization we have come to realize that we are in need of someone who can be the go-to person for our co-workers who have trouble with their devices as well as having the responsibility for purchase of both hardware and software. In other words, a broad role where your ability to solve problems, whether they are small or big, will come in very handy.
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Be the first line support for our co-workers having trouble with computers, printers etc. and also handle accounts and accesses such as SSO
Inventory and purchase of hardware and software
Make computer installations for new employees as well as uninstallations
Be the point of contact to our head office in Berlin regarding all IT-related issues and also to our external IT partner
Handle networks and firewalls
YOU ARE
Of course a person very interested in IT who wants to develop further in a more responsible role
A problem solver - you see possibilities in every problem that may occur and are not afraid to take the help necessary to solve it
You can take initiatives needed to improve IT-related questions, big or small
Serviceminded - wanting to give our co-workers the best possible help with their questions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
You have a relevant education within IT, from a vocational university or a bachelor's degree
You might have some experience within first line support or other relevant area
You have experience working with Google based platforms
You have experience within cloud functions such as Azure/VMware
You have knowledge about Windows servers
A plus is if you have knowledge about networks and firewalls, or are willing to learn
You have excellent English skills, both written and verbal (Skills in Swedish is a plus)

A full-time position, with six months probation period and the possibility to start immediately
