The Controlling & Transformation department at Eniro is responsible for the groups operational and financial performance monitoring and to secure that activities that are the basis to achieve targeted business performance are executed across the group. The department also provides analytical support to CEO of Eniro in special projects as well as if needed drives cross functional projects on behalf of Group Management when normal project delivery organizations are fully booked or not suitable for the task at hand.
Responsibilities and tasks
The Group Controlling team are responsible for Group controlling for the largest functions with Group level assignments: Group Products & Services, Group Service Delivery and overall Group Sales performance. The responsibility includes, but are not limited to, active participation in budget and forecasting processes working proactively with the units supported as well as monthly follow-up on budgets and forecasts financial as well as operational KPI's.
Specification of tasks
• Responsible for cost controlling in selected areas for Group Functions
• Develop and maintain cost reporting templates and formats for Group functions with operations in multiple countries.
• Develop and maintain Group wide project controlling processes and procedures, including but not limited to o Group wide investment calculations/business case structure o Support users of project steering documents on how to use the templates o Secure that effect follow-up are conducted for all projects logged in project decision log o Overall responsible for time-reporting process and follow-up for all units specifically reporting time for investment projects. o  
• Develop and run the forecast and budgeting process for Group Controlling & Transformation
• Proactively identify and drive towards cost reductions in the Eniro Group
• Development and maintenance of relevant templates for forecasting and budgeting for Group Service Delivery controller and Group Products & Services
• Act as interface with financial controlling function and HR
Competence and personal traits
Competence profile:
• Education on Bachelors level in Business Administration or other relevant similar education with focus on business controlling/steering
• Preferably 1-3 years relevant experience from Financial controlling or Business controlling.
• Very good language skills in English with Swedish as an advantage
• High cooperation and social skills
• In the role target oriented mindset, independency, drive, analytical skills, structural and strategic approach with an ability to convince and motivate people are important.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools are required.
