We are recruiting a Junior Global Brand Manager - Opioid dependence to join our global Marketing team at the headquarter in Lund.
You will report to the Senior Marketing Director and support the development and implementation of marketing programs, promotional materials and campaigns for one of our disease areas: Opioid dependence.
The role:
Support the development of marketing strategies built on customer insights and strong understanding of customer behaviors.
Support the design of innovative marketing programs that address unmet needs in opioid dependence in Europe and Australia.
Support in key tasks such as managing external agencies, reviewing promotional materials, and complying with legal, regulatory, ethical, and company guidelines.
Work with the marketing team to develop an in depth understanding of key market trends and competitive environment in the countries.
Coordinate disease awareness campaigns in collaboration with corporate communication and event & congress functions.
Your profile:
You have a university degree in Marketing or Business, and at least 5 years of experience within Marketing from a global role in an international pharmaceutical company. Opioid dependence market knowledge is highly meritorious.
You are a strong communicator and fluent in English, as well as in Spanish or French. The position requires excellent computer skills, and you master the MS Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
You bring a passion for marketing, a strong quality mindset and a structured and organized approach to work. You are creative, while respecting the compliance framework. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are used to working deadline oriented. You easily balance your team player profile with the ability to work independently.
Travelling is required around 20% of your time.
