Junior Data Management Specialist - Stockholm, Sweden
We are a fairly new established Data Management & Governance team looking for a Jr Data Management Specialist to join us on a fantastic journey for Electrolux to become more and more data-driven in decision making.
Our mission is to enable stakeholders to operate/consume data on our Global Data Platform (GDP) through effective governance processes, actions, and corresponding solutions.
A typical day at work:
• Help build maturity across the various disciplines of data management with a focus on discovery and understanding that will accelerate our data-driven ambitions
• Demonstrate working methods to help Electrolux functions control and manage their data assets
• Contribute to policies & guidelines together with processes around metadata about GDP
• Work hands-on with initiatives that drive data management and governance goals
• Support the data catalog, including profiling of data quality, implementation for users within the organization
• Track and report on KPIs related to Data Management & Governance

The position requires:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or business administration
• Interested in modern data platforms, technologies and space for data management
• Understanding of data classification along with attention to detail, as well as having a helicopter view on system processes
• Ability to handle multiple changing priorities
• Speaks and writes fluent English
• Ability to travel internationally when needed
What you get out of the program
• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 25,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 28,500 gross salary per month.
