We provide direct support 24 hours per day and 7 days per week for all our customers and ensure that every customer gets the technical expertise they need, on-demand, by qualified technology and security experts. Now we need to increase our team of Security experts to our global team, in US Time zone to be even closer to customer needs.
Responsibility
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Perform customer verifications
• Set up new customer accounts
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers' accounts
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• Maintain customer databases
• Manage administration
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
Requirements
• High school diploma in IT, general education degree or equivalent;
• Ideal candidate must be passionate about security
• Security certifications like CEH and CISSP is a plus
• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment, servers and networks is preferred
• Effective listening skills;
• Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good;
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Communication skills - verbal and written;
