Junior CRM Analyst

For Amgen Nordic and Baltic HQ we are now looking for a full time CRM Analyst. The person will work in an international team and will report to Commercial Excellence Manager.

This position offers a unique opportunity to grow for junior analysts in their career journey. Working in the head office of Nordic & Baltic affiliate, the person will gain a lot of experience from collaboration with multiple stakeholders both from our country teams and our European HQ. Availability of extensive datasets around CRM will enable the person to make valuable analyses to gain customer insights. In addition, the person will be surrounded by a team of highly skilled and supportive colleagues who work hard but also have fun together.

The position is based in Solna, Sweden. Occasional traveling to the Nordic & Baltic countries and our European HQ in Switzerland will be required.

Main Responsibilities
• Ongoing reporting on main KPIs
• Support and administration of company CRM tool for country teams
• Training sales force teams on existing reporting & tools
• Execution of sales incentive plan (input collection from countries & calculation & payout)
• Extracting & validating data from SQL database & Business Object on request
• Loading new activity & sales force structure plans into central systems
• Supporting country teams in activity planning for upcoming cycles
• Backup support for Commercial Excellence Manager
• Ad-hoc analysis on sales force activity & market sales data

Qualifications
• University degree in computer/ electrical engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics. Alternatively degree in another relevant field (business administration/economy) supported by proven record of strong technical skills
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA) or basic Excel skills with other solid programming skills
• Experience of working with large datasets and SQL databases
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Controller/Business Analyst/CRM Analyst/BI Specialist/Data Analyst or a similar role
• Excellent English skills in all aspects
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good organization skills with shifting priorities
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Qlikview or any other BI tool is a merit
