At our office in Stockholm we work with ambitious and passionate colleagues, that are dedicated to make our customers successful by using our software. You will work within a multidisciplinary team closely with colleagues from other Nordic offices and Netherlands.
Arbetsuppgifter
As a Product Advisor at Keylane, you are responsible for the design and configuration of insurance products and business processes in our IT-solution for non-life insurers. You will work closely with our customers; collecting their requirements, and propose solutions to them. You are smart and good at solving complex problems in a structural way.
A consultant in Keylane is part of the team for design and implementation projects of our standard non-life solution, the Quinity Insurance Solution (QIS), for insurance companies. You have a pivotal role between users, insurance specialists, and IT people.
QIS is a completely web-based solution for insurers' policy and claim administration. Within QIS, it is possible to configure insurance products (without any programming).
As a consultant, you focus on:
• the implementation of insurance products within QIS;
• designing enhancements to QIS.
At the start of your career, it is important to get to know the ins and outs of QIS. That is why the first few months are dedicated to introducing the various aspects of QIS by means of courses and working as part of a project team. The training will be provided at our Dutch headquarters in Utrecht and in the Nordics. You will combine training with hands-on experience in customer teams, supported by senior consultants and peers.
After you have concluded your training program you will return to our office in Stockholm and continue working with our teams here.
As soon as you have sufficient knowledge of QIS, your tasks and responsibilities are:
• Getting all necessary information on the insurance products during design sessions with the customer.
• Writing functional and technical designs.
• Making test plans based on the functional designs.
• Configuring insurance products within QIS according to the technical design (product specifications, alteration kinds, acceptance rules, workflow, premium calculation, etc).
• Supporting the customer in the preparation and execution of acceptance tests.
• Training and supporting customers to enable them to maintain QIS themselves.
• Signaling possibilities for process and project improvements within Keylane and translating these to guidelines.
• Giving demos of our solutions as well as presentations, and analysing customer desires.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have an MSc degree or similar within e.g. technical business studies, computer science, mathematics, physics, or electrical engineering and a maximum of 2 years' working experience.
You have a quick insight into complex processes, and you are able to explain them in clear terms to a wide audience, both orally and in written text. You work together easily with both colleagues and customers.
You are fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish), Dutch is a merit.
