We are looking for a Junior Buyer with a passion for Beauty and strong business sense who wants to be part of the journey to create growth within our new H&M Beauty brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will take on challenges by helping to build the new H&M Beauty brand and develop our future external brands assortment. You will apply strong administrative and analytical skills, a methodical approach, and salesmanship to drive success in a fast-paced, ever-changing beauty environment. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our product selections meet customer needs.
Main responsibilities, but not limited to:
Support the buyer in assortment selection, negotiating prices and terms to build the best customer offer for H&M Beauty.
Build and maintain positive relationship with partners.
Secure product master data at the right time with the right quality from our partners.
Administrate campaign briefs, product samples and invoicing towards partners.
Competitor insights and market research: Keep track of the beauty industry, market trends and competitor's campaigns and pricing.
Keep the timelines both internally and towards our partners.
Developing way of working, taking part of project and ad hoc assignments
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for you who;
Preferably have 2 years experience from a similar role
Have an education in buying or similar
Have a strong passion for beauty
Business minded and want to drive development and progression in the assortment
Have a strong salesmanship and great commercial thinking
Analytical skills and get it done attitude, not afraid to take actions
Structured, and strong in administration, method and a drive to always improve processes and tools
Have negotiations and communications skills and a professional approach towards external stakeholders
Are flexible and a strong team player
Excellent skills in Excel, office 365 and other planning tools
Excellent skills in English both in writing and orally

This is a full time permanent position, based in Stockholm city center with a starting date as soon as possible. Please apply as soon as possible but no later than 23rd of March.
