Job description
We're searching for an Jr Supply Chain Finance Analyst for one of our costumers in Stockholm. The costumer is a big international technology company with over 348 000 employees all over the world.

The assignment is for 1 year with start as soon as possible.

The assignment will include the financial aspects inclueded by the logistics, cost analysis, cost booking and some accounting.

also:

1. Providing the European and Local team with clear and compelling information on USCC Transport cost, fit to take actions/decisions upon
2. Robust and controlled Purchase to Pay process for Logistic services
3. Cooperation with IBM and USCC Financial Operations on invoicing and Financial accounting issues
4. USCC Transport accruals calculation and preparation for postin
5. Full responsibility for USCC Transport budget preparation
6. Variance Analysis: for Primary Transport for USCC
7. Provide support to LSS Finance Deliver community in transport raleted issues
8. Vendor master data maintenance ( SAP & TMS systems )
9. TMS masterdata Maintenance ( incl transport rates masterdata )
10. Full responsibility for month-end process in TMS ( Final Billing run ) incl creation of PO for transport service

What we're looking for
We're looking for you that's in the beginning of your career and with 1-3 years experience of similar assignments or as an financial assistant who is fluently in English. If you have experience working with SAP and Excel it's an advantage.
