As a Product Owner at Exertis Ztorm, you will lead our Scrum team, managing the backlog, specifying tasks, and engaging with our products on a daily basis. Additionally, you will focus on long-term strategic planning, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and address future needs.
In more detail, this role involves to:
Define vision and roadmap: Shape the product vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and market needs.
Collaborate and communicate: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and enhance key workflows. Translate identified stakeholder needs into actionable tasks or requests for the development team.Analyze and align: Assess current and future needs, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with strategic objectives.
Lead and train: Manage product release plans, set delivery expectations, and train stakeholders on new features.
Serve as ambassador: Act as the product's advocate, sharing knowledge and addressing inquiries from both internal teams and external partners.
What we're looking for:
Five or more years in product ownership or management.
Proficiency in agile methodologies for product management.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
It is also meriting with experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with project management tools. A passion for the gaming industry is of course also a plus!
