In the coming year BAF IT will strengthen its development team to meet the business area's requirements for further development and management of its in house developed systems for handling applications, interfaces to partners, online-banking and a lot of others to support our businesses.
Key responsibilities and deliverables
As Java Web-Developer within BAF IT you will be a part of the Application Management Team, located in Lund. The AM team covers the following areas: Architecture, Development, Support and Test.

Required capabilities and experience
To succeed in your role you need expertise in the following areas:
• At least 2 years' experience in Java EE
• Experience in different markup languages (e.g. XML, WSDL, REST)
• Experience in different frameworks (e.g. Seam, Spring, JSF)
• Knowledge of SOA principles and Eclipse
In addition to the skill mentioned above also having experience in one or more of the below areas it is an extra merit
• Database Backend development (e.g. Oracle PL/SQL)
• Subversion, Maven
• Experience in the financial sector
• Knowledge in web-security
Besides documented development experience within the Java area, you need to have very strong analytical and communication skills. Also experience within agile development processes is an advantage.
You have a University degree in computer engineering or informatics. You are fluent in English and if you like to work in a team with great team spirit, do not hesitate to apply.
