We are now looking for a Java Developer for the position of Serena Business Manager (SBM) Consultant.

Mandatory skills:
Analysis & design skills:

Object-oriented analysis & design using Java
UML
SOA principles of distributed architecture
BPM (Business Process Management) principles
Data abstraction, modularity, polymorphism, inheritance
Experience with design patterns

Programming skills:

Servlet, JSP, Struts, JSF, Tiles, HTML, JavaScript
JDBC
Oracle and MS SQL stored procedures, jobs, triggers, indexing, partitioning
EJB2, EJB3, Spring
JMS
ML, XSD, XSL, XSLT, Xpath
JAXP, JAXB, SAX, DOM
WS-I (Interoperability), WSSE (basic authentication), WDSL2Java
BPL
Batch processing
Strong debugging skills
JMX
Unit testing, JUnit, mock objects
Working and configuring JBoss Application Server 4 x in a clustered environment
Experience in performance tuning of application servers
Experience in DB tuning

Other skills:

Work with project manager to provide estimations and project plan
Able to communicate and analyze customers defined requirements
Able to perform code review
Fluent English
Willingness to go onsite on demand in the next 3 years

Optional skills:

Experience with Serena Business Management tool for source control management
