JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Management & Sales internship is a chance to take part in projects within the online talent communication field and develop a wide range of skills. You will work closely together with our University Relations Manager as well is with our Key Account Manager for the Italian market.
Responsibilities:
Contact and build relations with Universities, student associations, organizations, councils, groups, through phone and e-mail and explain purpose, scope, scale and importance of our research.
Follow up to make sure that our partners share the survey and get more respondents in
Document all communication
Contribute with creative ideas to share the survey
Account management
Sales support
Cold calling
PR activities
Marketing of campaigns
Content creation
Calling newspapers, journalists etc.
Event planning
Cross department work - and support other departments when needed
Sharing ideas and thoughts with colleagues, contributing to a good team environment
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you:
Are organized and able to prioritize and track tasks
Are eager to learn and develop
Dare to leave your comfort zone, take initiative and pick up responsibilities that go beyond your direct background and experiences
Know the world of students and graduates and have an idea of what makes a global employer attractive and successful at communicating with candidates
Have a start-up mentality in a flat organization sounds like the perfect work environment for you
We expect you to:
Have completed an academic degree (minimum bachelor?s degree)
Be fluent in English and Italian(both written and spoken)
Preferably experience from sales and/or account management
Have some general knowledge about the Italian business environment
Be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SalesForce, Adobe InDesign/Adobe PhotoShop is a plus
