This recruitment is a collaboration between CellMark Metals and Manpower.
You will be hired by CellMark AB/ CellMark Metals.
What will you do as Logistics Manager at CellMark Metals?
You will be part of the team at CellMark Metals headquarter, located in the heart of Stockholm.
Your days will never look the same, with a variety of tasks and numerous, interesting contacts, including national and global colleagues and clients you will never have a dull day. Your focus will be efficient procurement and sales administration. You will administrate customers and suppliers data in CellMark Metal's business systems, purchase orders, check credit limits, issue administrative order confirmations, purchase orders, invoices, credit notes. A few annual days of business travel will be required.
The role will also include:
* Organizing and following-up transports by road, rail and sea
* Reconciling deliveries and shipments with warehouse
* Informing customers on delivery dates and any issue related with the deliveries
* Monitor stock positions and prepare monthly stock reconciliation
* Conducting the forex hedge with the bank and metal hedging with the broker, if relevant
* Providing all necessary information/documents to the accounting department
* Responding to inquiries received from regular customers
Who are we looking for?
You are responsible, flexible and able to handle substantial workloads from time to time. To be considered for this position we know that your English needs to be business fluent and your Italian intermediate. You have five years' experience from a similar role in an international industrial company and have a general understanding for the processes. Previous experience from the metal industry is a merit.
Additional desired qualities:
* knowledge of shipping and documentation procedures
* common knowledge of orders, customers, suppliers, prices etc
* good understanding of the forex and metal hedging procedure
* good knowledge of computer handling, systems, Excel and Word
