About the job:
As IT technologies are included in a team of employees and working from our office in Stockholm. You will report to the Local Support Manager at Visma IT & Communications.
Your duties will be the main features as follows:
User support Installation and support of workstations Installation and support of applications Installation and support of printers Manage user, permissions, email Managing telephony and other mobile solutions Handling of equipment in conference rooms Assist with investment base and annual inventories of hardware
We want you to have:
Technical training and / or several years experience in similar tasks. Bachelor's degree in related fields
You should have good knowledge of:
Microsoft Windows Client Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft Active Directory Google Suite G Understanding the IT Service industry as well as the relevant marketplace Effectively cope with change; comfortably adjust to alterations in work activities; able to decide and act with limited information; effectively handle risk and uncertainty in ambiguous situations Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem solving skills in a variety of situations Highly effective written and oral communication skills, Digital skills (i.e. Google for Work apps, MS Office pack with an accent on Excel & PowerPoint, MS Visio or alternative tools, BI tools - an advantage, CRM - an advantage) Microsoft SQL Server System Center / MDT or other deployment tools Network configuration of all Cisco products Fluency in Business English is required Customer oriented behaviour Fast learner - research capabilities for obtaining required information.
