Key Responsibilities and Duties Provide technical support across the company
Take ownership of the ticketing system
Work towards a higher degree of automation/standardization in Plasman processes
Act as a resource in IT projects
Ensure policies and strategies are followed and developed
Ensure an adequate level of IT security
Qualifications and Skills Required Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Ability to independently organize, prioritize, conduct activities necessary to maintain a stable IT environment
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role
Meritorious Familiarity with SysAid system
Knowledge of SCCM and/or Intune
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
