We at Experis IT are looking for several IT-technicians with at least 1 years' experience. The assignment starts in the fall and will continue for at least six months with chance of extension.
Our consultants at Experis IT work with varied assignmnets at many of the country's most attractive employers.
Your task:
• Solve cases from our internal ticket system. Find solutions to software and hardware problems.
• Prioritize the ticket processing and schedule the timely resolution of occurring IT problems.
• You are responsible for the installation and support of desktop PCs and notebooks in both the commercial and the technical area.
• You also take on tasks in the area of ??server administration and support, as well as in the IT infrastructure.
• Compliance Guidelines and focus on daily actions of the guidelines to provide our quality standards safely.
• Participate in local and global IT projects.
Your profile:
• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist, IT systems engineer or a comparable undergraduate study.
• You have very good English skills in speaking as well as writing. This is particularly important as the majority of our daily communication takes place in English.
• Have very good knowledge of the current Windows client / server operating system environments and good networking skills (protocols, switches, routers, firewall, WIFI).
• In addition to good hardware knowledge in the notebook and PC environment you have already gained experience in the analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems in office environments.
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills and work targeted and solution-oriented.
• You can either work alone or in a team and be focused on several projects/tasks and prioritize these.
