hela Sverige We are searching high and low for a superstar IT support technician to join our stellar IT team at Tobii! As our IT support technician, you will work closely with the IT team on solving advanced technical challenges in an constantly growing organization. If you take an interest in most things in IT infrastructure and have a love for new technology, well I am happy to inform you: You just found your dream job!
Your days will be filled with
• Supporting approximately 350 internal users with various types of IT matters. This includes user support for Windows, computers, servers and different applications.
• Handling Skype for Business meetings including both video and voice.
• Taking care of 2nd and 3rd line support matters.

We are looking for someone with
• Around 2 years experience from working within IT, preferably in a helpdesk or more in-depth support
• Experience from working with installation and troubleshooting in Windows, Mac and Linux.
• A pedagogical approach with a customer service attitude.
• Fluency in both verbal and written Swedish and English.
We find it to be a strong merit if you have an educational background in IT. Also, if you have experience from working with Office365, Skype for Business, Sharepoint and knowledge of working with account management in Active Directory you will have us jumping up and down with joy!
