Seamless Distribution AB is a world leading provider of transaction systems and we handle 3,1 billion transaction yearly through our platform. A combination of this, over eleven years of experience and market presence in around 30 countries gives Seamless a strong position within mobile payments and distribution of e-products. Our customers are mobile operators, banks, financial institutions as well as the whole of the retailers. Our in-house developed transaction platform – ERS - is the building block for all of our services.
We are growing so fast we need all hands on deck. Now we are expanding the IT support section and you can be a part of it. As IT support your primary task will be to provide IT support internally within the company and therefore the tasks will vary depending on the needs of the users. This internal support includes setting up new computers, mobile devices and new accounts. You will help your colleagues with user privileges or access to the printer. The role also includes installing Microsoft office on new computers, updating both hardware and software and handle the procurements for end users. You will also be first line support for contact with suppliers.
As a person, you are social, reliable and dedicated to your work. You can handle high workloads and still keep a professional domineer. You are skillful in Windows and Microsoft Office. It is also a merit if you have expertise in Mac, Linux and different Networks. You have a relevant IT education or 1-3 years work experience with IT. You speak and write English and Swedish fluently which is needed since we are a multinational company filled with people from around the globe. It is also a merit if you have held presentations about IT before.
