IT Security Specialist - Stockholm, Sweden
We are a newly established Global IT Security Unit that is looking for IT security specialists with experience in the IT security field with a focus on Application Security. Our mission is to proactively manage and lead all IT security efforts through effective processes, measures and solutions to ensure Electrolux a robust and secure foundation and improve its security posture.
A typical day at work
As a member of the Security Operation, you will:
• Day-to-day monitoring of IT security postures based on existing tools and technologies including collaboration with SIEM/SOC Team.
• Provide support and solution for reporting scanning and remediating vulnerabilities and facilitating vulnerability mitigation and security activities. Participates in cross-functional teams to solve complex security issues.
• Active role in security Incident & Problem lifecycle. Sometimes the security incidents analyze, act to contain, remediate and resolve.
• Continuous measurement of safety status and regular reporting through KPIs and Safety Metrics.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT security artifacts (e.g., baseline standards, measurements, and procedures). Proactive suggestion of security improvements to CISO/Management.
• Help improve vulnerability management with process, tools and measures.
• Threat hunting - utilization of existing internal and public threat intelligence and proactive investigation of threats and potential risks to Electrolux.

The service requires:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Computer Science, preferably in the field of security.
• Holistic knowledge in networking, infrastructure, access management, endpoint, cloud and devops architecture, application development
• Knowledge of security and compliance (e.g. SOC, HITRUST, ISO, NIST,...)
• Knowledge in one or more of the requested domains (Application-, Endpoint -, Cloud)
• Understanding of security tool competencies such as EDR, SIEM and SOAR and vulnerability scanning tools
• Growth mindset and an innate passion for learning
• Exceptional communication methods (written, oral, presentation)
• Fluent in English, both in speech and writing

• Gross salary of 25 500 SEK for the first 12 months. 28,500 SEK for the 13th and 14th month
