We are looking for an IT Security Awareness Manager who wants to have a key role in our digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for the development, management and execution of a global IT Security Awareness program with the purpose of addressing the human part of IT security risks.
The IT Security Awareness Manager has an overall responsibility for the IT security awareness and education program. Ultimately, the role and responsibility is to reduce risk by ensuring that all employees, staff and contractors know, understand and follow our IT security requirements and behave in a secure manner. This is a great opportunity to join a highly skilled and ambitious team of information and IT security managers and be a part of an expansive international IT department. In this role you will interface with many different roles in the organization, both within the IT department as well as other departments. You will be part of the central IT security team and report to the Head of IT Security.

Your responsibilities
The job as IT Security Awareness Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Key activities include:
• Develop, manage and execute Security Awareness Program
• Analyze, identify and drive key activities to increase security awareness in the organization
• Be IT security's spokes person for key security change projects
• Communicate IT and information security policies and changes
• Manage IT security information on the internal network
• Manage IT and information security trainings

For this role we require:
• Good understanding of information and IT security
• Excellent communication skills
• Great skills in both Swedish and English, verbally as well as in writing
• Experience of communicating both to C-level management as well as technical staff
• Business acumen
Preferred skills:
• Program/Project management experience
• Teaching experience
The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications.
