The Group IT unit provides strategic IT support to the SKF organization by developing sound strategies and managing selected service providers. We have presence in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Role description
This position will work as SKF Security Incident manager, with use-policy violation and with Fraud investigations. The role is to ensure that the incident process is up to date, tested and working at its full capacity when needed. Responsible to drive down false positives from the monitoring systems and to ensure good detections and resolution of security incidents.
Job responsibilities:
• To manage Digital Investigation, Managed Security Response and Security Scan services.
• Execute forensic, investigative activities and fraud/use-policy violation investigations.
• Analyse IT security threats and develop/evaluate awareness & improvements to increase detection capability.
• Lead Incident Response Team on Major IT Security Incidents.
• Liaison with Internal Audit and HR for concerns associated with physical and logical information security.
• To manage vendor relationships, Service Levels, and delivery to agreed contract framework.
• To drive continuous improvements to optimize service capability.
• Manage and resolve issues with Service Provider.
• Maintain process-instructions.
Requirements:
• A minimum of a bachelor or equivalent through qualified experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience within network and endpoint security.
• 5-7 years in information security with investigation experience of security incidents.
• Experience with managed/outsourced security services.
Personal requirements:
• Ability to work self-managed with high level of drive and commitment, with leadership skills to deliver action, progress and change.
• Analytic, Structured and systematic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to occasional travel globally.
Preferred experience:
• CISSP / CISM (or other industry recognized security certification).
• ITIL certification.
• Knowledge & experience being part of a security operations team in a global environment.
• Experience with cloud applications and associated security risks.
• Understanding and experience with privacy and regulatory compliance.
