Global Information Services, GIS, is Husqvarna Group's IT department. Our role is to maintain existing IT solutions and to deliver new. We are working with optimizing of business processes, innovation and exploitation of technology and business opportunities, services, and support.
About this opportunity:
As a IT Risk & Compliance Manager, your focus will be to minimize risks in Information and IT Security in Husqvarna Group and develop a proactive Risk Management culture within GIS. You ensure that we have firm control of risks and mitigation activities for identified risks. You will be the focal point for all Risk Management within the department, both in regarding projects (together with the PMO) and IT operations together with other teams in GIS.
This includes:
The ownership of the GIS Risk Register; securing that it's updated. You follow up that appropriate actions are taken, but you also develop ways of working regarding Risk Management (including supporting Tools & Processes and awareness).
Manage the yearly Risk Assessment regarding Information and IT Security and ensure that GIS is compliant to all defined Internal & External Compliance frameworks.
Supporting implementation of them in cooperation with affected teams, as well as to monitor/audit compliance with them.
Act as an expert and provide guidance to the organization, within risk management.
Facilitating all external Audits and reporting on the results that affect GIS.
Contribute to the Risk & Compliance part to the GIS Operations review.
Own and drive processes within this area.
You report to GIS Information Security Director.
Your skills, experience and background:
We think that you have a broad experience working as a consultant (or internal) with risk management in a similar role and that you have experience of working with following up the business. Making analyzes, helping companies with how they follow information security standards (e.g. ISO), follow-ups and to ensure compliance with standards, regulations and laws is something that you are very used to working with. You also have experience with coaching and working with the entire organization, to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Who you are:
This role involves many different contacts, both internally and externally. Therefore, we think that you are social, have good communication skills and that you enjoy collaborating with many different functions. You have analytical skills regarding risk management and you are meticulous in your work, well aware of goals and quality standards and you work hard living up to them.
A global and fast moving environment is a great place for you, with a lot of change activity's going on at the same time.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in English. Swedish is an advantage.
Location:
Preferred locations for this position is in Sweden at one of our larger sites (Huskvarna or Jonsered/Gothenburg) or Poland at our site in Warsaw. Husqvarna Group has a Hybrid work model.
