By applying for the IT & Strategy Talent Programme you can become 1 of 40 talents working towards that goal. Each of the 40 positions in the programme is unique and has its own specific responsibilities and challenges. This is a two-year programme with a strong focus on your development. From the outset you'll have your own development plan which will be tailored towards a role suitable for you and include building blocks with learning goals towards that target. The focus is very much on learning by doing, and together with your manager you'll select different assignments and rotations where you'll participate in real projects, and contribute to fossil free living, at the same time as you get the experience you need to boost your development.

Collaboration
The Active Directory & Collaboration department is responsible for providing services connected to authentication and authorization as administrating the Microsoft 365 environment. The Collaboration team main responsibility is maintenance and operation of Vattenfall messaging and collaboration platforms (Ms Exchange and Ms Teams).
Your responsibilities as a Technical Expert E-Mail and Collaboration
A Technical Expert E-Mail and Collaboration plays an important role when it comes to providing end user with the needed tools to collaborate and increase productivity in Vattenfall.
Key responsibilities:
• Administrate and operate the Mail services and Microsoft Teams platform
• Design and support the improvement of the current implemented services
• Introduction of new services and features provided by Microsoft 365
• Resolve tickets according to service level agreement.
• Participate in on-call service
• Participate in Infrastructure related projects for Messaging and Microsoft 365
As a Technical Expert E-Mail and Collaboration you recognize yourself in the following qualifications:
• Academic degree as an IT, mathematics, scientific or technical engineer or similar in IT
• Programming skills is an advantage (Power Shell)
• A drive to automate and to continuously improve and keep your knowledge up to date
• Digital native and knowledgeable in variety of IT solutions.
• Ambitious, self-driven and performance oriented.
• Collaborative with strong communication and social skills.
• Analytical while enjoying problem solving.
• Strategic mind, who always understand the big picture.

We are looking for recent graduates holding an academic degree as well as young talents with no more than three years of working experience. You are fluent in English. Skills in other languages can be a merit. Furthermore, you are willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization.

You will be working in the department Collaboration and the position is located in Stockholm in Sweden.

Application process
We welcome your application in English, including resume and cover letter. Last day to apply is April 22nd 2022. Selection period starts in April, followed by online tests and interviews in April and May. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May/beginning of June. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the IT & Strategy Talent Programme will be September 1st 2022.
