hela Sverige We offer you a key senior role as Infrastructure Manager in our Innovation Centre in Malmö. The focused team consists of 12 passionate IT Specialists within infrastructure, network and cloud. This team is responsible for infrastructure of all northern countries in which we operate. The environment is significant, more than 30million IoT devices and over 25 000 signals per seconds whilst achieving availability values of 99,95%.
We are commencing on the journey towards cloud and this is of course something you will be heavily involved with. Your expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud and Amazon AWS will be key to delivering our strategy. The team supports multiple projects and releases new systems and software, as well as scaling and upgrading our current systems and the usual BAU activities (patch management, backups, capacity management, admin, restores etc). Projects are varied and will challenge you to think on your feet, you and your teams' inputs will be vital in providing the services we offer to our customers.
We are looking for a person with a genuine interest in technology as well as a passion for building and motivating people. You will have full line managerial responsibility for this passionate team and you will report directly to the IT Operations & Maintenance Manager. In addition to the standard skill set you should be:

What you bring
To succeed in this role, you will need a technical understanding to the point where you can scrutinize and discuss your employees' work. Perhaps you come from being a technical role yourself, and the last couple of years you have moved to managing or leading a team of experts. Maybe you have previous experience of managing infrastructure and/or technical teams. Furthermore, you should possess project management skills and experience from working with different delivery methodologies but specifically, agile methods. This experience could come from IT Operations or IT Service delivery.
You value good documentation and you must have previous line management experience. You also have a great ability to structure and organize tasks and activities. You take responsibility for actions and projects, take initiative and generate activity to introduce changes.
