We are now recruiting an IP/legal counsel to our legal team in Stockholm.
Arbetsuppgifter
The legal counsels at The Absolut Company have broad responsibilities for all of the company's legal work and serve as legal advisors to the business, management team, and marketing departments. We are now looking to recruit a junior lawyer to start within a specialized IP role. The scope of the role covers managing intellectual property infringement cases on a global basis and other IP related matters. There is a high potential to take on more responsibility and move into a broader legal role in due time. The role will be located in Stockholm.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a highly qualified individual, who holds a law degree, with 2-4 years of legal experience either from working as in-house counsel or in private practice. Experience from working in an international business with IP and business law is a plus.
As a person you should have a commercial mindset, good problem solving skills and sound judgement. Furthermore you must have excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to build good working relationship with all business in the Company. You should also be serviceminded and have a positive "can-do" approach. Excellent command of Swedish and English is required.
