Position Summary
Ericsson IoT Accelerator is a platform solution built to connect and handle billions of IoT devices and millions of applications easily, seamlessly and globally. Our IoT platform is a service offering for B2B Cellular IoT communications service providers (CSP's) to help enterprises to build and scale their cellular IoT efforts faster and growing their business.
Our target is to provide our customer community with an enriched experienced and establish an exciting and trusted communication experience in our offering. Additionally, this shall be extended to partners, developers and extended IoT eco-system community. We aim to provide a timely, trusted and value add delivery and communication to enable our CSP's customers to provide the outstanding trusted global connectivity service. To achieve that we need to provide a digital customer engagement channel which provides the necessary information and communication means for our CSP's personnel to maximize the business benefits and impact our offering provides to CSP's and their enterprise customers.
The channel shall make it easy to find, consume, timely, relevant and educational information and interact with our CSP's.
The purpose of this role is to outline and implement the necessary steps to provide a modern, fluid and delighting experience to our CSP's. The role covers the entire journey the CSP has with our service and interaction with all our functions. The task on hand is to create a customer journey data virtualization of the wanted position, create a master plan and get the execution performed. The important part is not only the flow and content enablement but as well the actual content requirements and relevance, followed with driving the implementation across the organization.
We are looking for a new team member who has a can-do attitude, perseverance to try out new concepts and take best practice ideas available, at the end of the day getting stuff done. You shall be familiar with the design thinking practice of iterating, prototyping and launching. Using and trying out new digital concepts and tools should come naturally. All but not least be passioned and have some fun achieving our objectives.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements
We seek someone who has an MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge and good English skills.
The position will report to Head of IoT Platform Services.
