Pro Seal AB has an exciting career opportunity for an International Brand Manager.

We are actively seeking an International Brand Manager to join our international sales team. This position is responsible for the successful implementation and effective time management to maximize growth, brand awareness, and relationships with existing and new, distributor stores, and direct accounts; managing daily, weekly, monthly sales and territory plans; and contributing to the development of the Company's overall strategic plan and would work directly with the Executive President.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit existing Pro Seal AB distributor stores, and direct accounts within territory to communicate focus product initiatives.
• Presenting to and establishing relationships with Management and Executive level clients
• Prospecting for new business. specially in the Latin American market
• Educate distributor stores, and direct accounts on product knowledge and promotions.
• Communicate with distributor partners to increase effectiveness of brand plan and sales growth.
• Implement and document weekly and monthly responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer profile database.
• Participate in distributor sales meetings for both field sales and stores.
• Working directly with Executive President in high-paced environment.
• Communicate territory feedback to Executive President.
• Increase overall territory growth and improve merchandising of the AKUMA of sweden brand highly focusing in the Latin American market.
• Manage time, resources, and funds for overall territory in a responsible and effective manner.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of work experience in an international role, experience with a quantifiable track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Master's degree of International Business
• Fluent English and Spanish, both oral and writen
• Knowledge about the Hispanic market in the US as well as Latin American markets
• High energy level and professional appearance
• Ability to effectively communicate across diverse cultures in English AND Spanish (is a must)
• Excellent communication skills in written, oral, and presentation forms in English AND Spanish is a must
• Strong desire and ability to serve customers and solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships, negotiate and influence others, especially in multi-cultural settings
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and self-direction
• Positive attitude and team player
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Windows and Office
• Extensive international travel required
