Job description

The financial analyst?s major role is to proactively support the organization and HQ with accurate financial information. As well, the analyst will be the financial sponsor for certain commercial business units in a role that focuses on driving the business and partaking in strategy creation. The ambition is to find a candidate who can develop this position and proactively improve and streamline the current processes. You will report to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Key tasks:
• To aid in the preparation of the annual PLAN, Update and Long Range Plan in conjunction with the FP&A team and the Business Unit directors.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly sales- and expense reports
• Provide analyses regarding sales statistics and forecasts
• Partake in sales and product meetings
• Provide the commercial team with monthly financial reports
• Ad-hoc analysis to improve and support the business

Experience and competencies

The ideal candidate has a university degree within Finance/Business with 2-3 years in a financial/business analyst role. You must be able to understand and communicate financial information in a structured, comprehensive and efficient way. You need to have a strong knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP is a plus. Also, you need to be comfortable with English as well as with Swedish, written and spoken.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated candidate with strong analytical and a thorough business understanding. You are an excellent team player with a flexible and positive attitude.

Further details

The position is a full time interim which stretches over 6 months. Start date is as soon as possible. You will be employed by Hero AB and work as a consultant for AbbVie AB.
