Do you thrive in dynamic, high-tech environment, where you play a key role satisfying customer needs?
Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables as well as cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation. NKT has a global footprint and we need you to represent the Alingsås site to our intercompany customers!

As 'Intercompany Offer and Tender Specialist' you are the first point of contact to our global intercompany customers, handling all incoming queries related to offer and bidding processes in a wide range of projects. Your daily work includes collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders, generating financial breakdowns on quotes and driving the internal site wide intercompany bid process.

Besides above your primary tasks will be:
Supporting internal customers and stakeholders
Handle interface tasks between customers and other functions in the company
Various sales process related tasks such as for example handling of claims and following up overdues
Take part in separate projects representing the Customer Commercial Service team if needed
Support the external offer team if needed

The Intercompany Offer and Tender Specialist does not have any budgetary responsibility and the sales processes is mainly driven by other functions in the organization. The main focus of the role is represent the Alingsås site in the global NKT organization context and supply them with offer and tender related material.
You will be a part of a highly skilled and tight team on our site in Alingsås working closely together in an open and straight-forward climate.

Service minded team player
To be successful in this role you have an open mindset, are good at prioritizing and have the ability to quickly get an overview of tasks to be handled and make your own priorities in line with the company strategy. You take great accountability for your work tasks and are structured, meticulous and thorough. Another key is of course to have a great sense of service mind and customer focus as well as being a reliable team player. Proficient communication and collaboration skills are other important parts to fit in this role.

To succeed in this role you either need a few years of experience in a similar role and/or an university degree in Business and Economics. You have an understanding of the sales process cycle and are comfortable with commercial terms.

Need to have' qualifications:
* Fully fluent in English, written and spoken
* Fast learner in computer software or highly proficient with Microsoft Office, most formally Excel
* A willingness and interest to learn

Good to have' qualifications:
* Software: SAP & CRM (C4C)
* Swedish, written and spoken
* German, written and spoken
* General interest in technology
