hela Sverige We are looking for an Integration Design & Quality Assurance Lead to Production organization within Telia IT. In Production we continuously consolidate and develop our OSS solutions, thereby, Simplicity and Automation are driving our activities to support business and stakeholders in the most efficient way. Your next challenge?
As Integration Design & Quality Assurance Lead, you will have a key role within the development cyclus, as you lead and manage the integration design activities together with e.g. the area Capability Architect and development colleagues. You will also be leading and coordinating the integration functional testing activities across multiple teams delivering complex end-to-end technical solutions. In these roles, you ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our solutions.
Typical daily tasks involve integration design planning with Architects, ensuring with overall Test & QA Manager the integration test plans are adopted in Sprint plans, contribution in daily stand-ups sharing insights of the integration testing progress to Scrum Master, managing third party testing teams, and ensuring all quality gates are met by the integration team.
Responsibilities:
Convert user requirements and system constraints into reference models, structures, and architectural work products that satisfy stakeholder needs, using defined architectural processes and methods.
Ensure consistent and high-quality Integration Design and transparent documentation of the area according to target architecture.
Define strategy, tools and methods as well as test plans, specifications, suites and cases, utilize automated tools for unit, functional and integration testing.
Agree integration testing scope, requirements, test entry and exit criteria per Sprints.
Manage testing execution, including co-ordination and mobilization of teams to resolve testing issues.
Manage all communications with business partners and management to achieve given objectives.
Build quality metrics for integration testing, share it with team and follow-up.
Provide functional integrations testing status reports and documentation to Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Management.
Advocate for QA best practices across delivery, introduce QA improvements, and processes.
Who are you?
Knowledge and experience:
You have a technical background, university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Good understanding of the solution e2e including technical as well as functional product aspects.
Good understanding of integration and/or solution design and relevant standards (e.g. eTOM, SID).
Senior level experience from integrations and Quality Assurance processes, tools & methods (e.g. ISTQB).
Experience in having worked as part of an international Agile DevOps team in a large project or ART.
Knowledge of telecom industry, operations and technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools supporting automation and performance testing like Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Java, JMeter, SOAP UI, Ranorex studio, LoadRunner or equivalent performance testing tools.
General project, document and testing management tools such as HP ALM QC, Jira, Scrum & Kanban board, Xray test management for Jira, ITIL, IT Service Management.
Personal characteristics:
Excellent structured communication in oral/written English.
Excellent in time and project management making things happen.
You understand the importance of good planning when delivering quality.
You like to solve tasks as an individual or in virtual teams, where the ambition is to grow together with the team to a high level in Agile and DevOps maturity.
You are positive and open for new ideas and can present them structured way to stakeholders.
