hela Sverige Develops, implements and monitors the ISC plan for the region within the scope of the BU strategy to realize the ambitions and goals of the purchasing organization;
• Coordinate, monitor and drive Project activities, manage Project risks, issues changes and resources and take corrective actions when necessary
• Contribute to and execute functional excellence in the area of purchasing
• Adhere to AkzoNobel policies, guidelines, processes, methodologies, working methods and systems;
• Define, prepare, lead and execute purchasing projects, in line with business needs, in order to deliver projects according to objectives;
• Uses the recognized set of project management tools to keep in equilibrium people, process and tools for a successful completion of projects;
• Master degree from University or equivalent.
• Purchasing education IHM, I&L or equivalent.
• Proven experience in leadership.
• Experienced in acquisition of strategic and unique materials and services.
• Experience in project leadership.
• Proficient in supplier relationship management including negotiation, contract management, conflict resolution, partnership development and supplier performance management.
• Understanding of business processes.
• High social competence and ability to build long term relationship.
• Excellent communication skills in oral/presentation and writing in English.
