Sofidel Sweden AB is a successful company with a long history in the paper / process industry. The company manufactures and sells tissue, tissue that is either refined to finished consumer product on-site in Kisa in our new conversion factory or sold to other external customers around Europe and the world as refining. Sofidel Sweden AB is located in Kisa, about 50 km south of Linköping. Since the summer of 2010, Sofidel Sweden AB is part of the Italian group Sofidel, which is the second largest in the European tissue market and number five in the world with approximately 9000 employees and a turnover of just over EUR 2 billion.
Sofidel Sweden AB is now looking for an Integrated Plant Warehouse Manager. We are looking for a problem solver with the overhaul responsibility to guarantee the correct management of relevant warehouses in accordance with safety provisions and group procedures.
Main responsibilities:
• Guarantee the practical management of relevant warehouses
• Guarantee an effective management of the vehicle fleet and provided equipment
• Ensure the correct management of products loading and unloading procedures
• Check that the delivered product is clearly compliant with the accompanying technical documents
• Collaborate with the Group Internal Logistics Process Manager to the correct management of the processes related to the relevant area
• Guarantee the carrying out of inventory activities
• Guarantee the correct management of the relevant processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures
• Supervise the compliance with safety provisions
• Be the link between planning and warehouses
• Be involved in continuous improvement projects and other potential future projects
• Responsible for the warehouse team integration, professional growth, and motivation.
• Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
• Promote the Corporate Principles and Values
Additional skills/experience
Required skills:
• University degree; preferred within Logistics/Finance/Engineering
• Strong analytic skills
• Technical skills
Preferred but not required skills:
• Experience of working in WMS and ERP-system such as SAP
• Experience of people/staff management
