Inside Sales & Sales Support Associate:

TT-Line is the market leader in ferry Traffic between South Sweden and the Continent. With up to 23 departures per day, TT-Line links the largest German Baltic ports, Travemünde and Rostock, and the Polish Swinoujscie with the southern Swedish transport hub of Trelleborg, the most important ferry port in Sweden. TT-Line currently employs approximately 700 people on board and in its land based offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg and Swinoujscie.

For our freight department in Lübeck - Travemünde we are looking for an

Inside Sales & Sales Support Associate (m / w)

The area of responsibility includes among other:

• Inside Sales (Quotations, Agreements, operational questions etc.)
• Communicate with both external and internal customers
• Usage of CRM and other TT-Line systems to enter customer data, request data and provide information as needed
• Maintenance and development of the homepage
• Market analysis
• Participation in projects and responsibility for smaller projects
• Planning of marketing measures including advertising
• Planning and preparation of customer events
• Support of freight sales team and freight management with presentations, spread sheets and information as requested

Expected skills:

• Fluent in swedish and english, both written and verbal
• A completed business education and initial experience in customer service, preferably in shipping, logistics or companies along the intermodal transport chain
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office-Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
• Reliability, can do attitude and spirit
• Strong communication skills and service attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Teamwork
