About the role:
As our Inside Sales you will be part of our Nordic Sales team and report to the Sales Manager for North Europe. Building customer relationships is paramount in this role and the ability to deal at all levels is crucial. Target of this position is to achieve growth targets for the business through excellent telephone sales and communication skills. This is a desk based role to effectively interface with new and existing customers using digital and direct customer contact communication channels including the telephone, email and web based functions to retain and grow LR business.
Through your eagerness to learn and take on responsibility you qualify and respond to all leads and opportunities for new and existing customers, take the commercial and strategic decision to action, close or delegate enquires to self or wider sales team. All the while you will be developing your communication and language skills by interacting with customers and colleagues around the North Europe Area. Close cooperation with local structure is also crucial, with Marketing and the Business Development Managers but also Client Services and Operations in order to ensure the proper coordination and agreement of any action for growth that requires commitment and support of several parties involved.
In this role we'll put your accuracy and analytical abilities to test maintaining our sales system and databases. As part of the role it is expected that you will record, review and follow up as well as supplying reports as required in actions related to Management Systems strategy.
We are looking for candidates that:
Have experience in building, maintaining and retaining effective commercial and client relationships ideally from service sales and training sales.
Have experience in identifying and issuing sales leads and quotations.
Understand the concept of Management systems, how they are applied in organisations and link to certification / verification and associated training needs.
Have good knowledge of standard IT programmes and use of databases is essential with experience of Salesforce being an advantage.
Have excellent communication skills particularly in Swedish and English, local language of supported countries is an advantage, Finnish is preferred.
Do your best work with a sense of urgency as part of a team.
Have strong coordinating skills, being structured and pay attention to details.
Easily and eagerly adapt to new environments and ways of working.
Work safely and robustly implement health and safety rules, instructions and systems. Refuse any work that compromises your safety or health.
Promptly report incidents including near miss and safety observations, actions and injuries. Flag any health and safety concerns with your line manager.
