WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will be part of an international sales team comprising of Key Account Managers and Inside Sales professionals. Your main geographic area of responsibility will be Sweden and you will play a key role in growing Axis business in the Northern Europe sales region.

It will be your responsibility to look after and develop a number of our key Authorized partners, providing outstanding service and growing their business. You will actively approach new potential customers and handle incoming sales calls within the subsidiary, qualifying them and taking appropriate action.

You may also handle individual projects and act as a CRM super user. On occasion you may visit fairs, exhibitions and important key focus customers. Although there may also be a small amount of travel across the region, the expectation is that the role is primarily office based in Sweden Lund.

The role is varied and interesting and in addition to the above your responsibilities will include:

Pro-actively handling all sales enquiries that come into the CRM lead queue; including the qualification of authorized partners, every partner has to be contacted personally and checked if the reseller is a good potential partner of Axis. Generating outbound calls to develop non-active partners, or partners who have a good business potential. Responsible for promoting Axis training to all Authorized Partners and driving registrations to Axis training academy courses and working with the Axis training team to accomplish this
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced telesales person or account manager that has the ability to take initiative and drive the development of the accounts. Ideally you will have sales experience, preferably of technical products and know how to approach and talk to customers. A high degree of organizational skills, service levels and a friendly attitude is key in this position as you will be the Axis interface for many of our important customers. Good commercial awareness is essential as you will be working with partners to win large projects.

Axis people are proactive and involved in their work. Having a technical interest for our products and IP technology in general is important both in order to perform in your job and in order to thrive in Axis.

You have a high level of English, both written and spoken.
